The DVD player hums.
A small grin of excitement curves lips.
Screen of green.
Will it be a tantalizing taunt of future enjoyment or
a disappointing view of footage not worthy of being
added to the extensive list of movies watched?
Anticipation grows as the green gives way to reveal the verdict.
I love previews!

Oooh, great subject! I love previews, too. I went to see WALL-E in the theater last week (first movie out in a long time!), and was delighted by most of the previews. So awesome.

Impy...You've started a John Wayne Quote-a-thon!!!
Great 55, thanks for playing...
But I'm not leaving..
I'm not leaving...
The Hell I'm not.......
Great 55 Mrs. Imp!
I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning so I won't be stopping by for the next week and a half, I have a post up about it and all.
Take care!
previews rock! i just hate that there's too many when you're ready to get into the movie. double-edged sword for me, i guess LOL that was a great 55. i'm up as well.
Great 55, previews are great - always leave you wanting more.
My 55 is up too.
I love watching previews too! They really tingle your curiosity bone! (if there is anything called a curiosity bone)!
Great 55!
i like the previews but i get seriously irked by the commercials, especially since i have just paid $10 a ticket!
Oh, agreed, Lime! I didn't see commercials last week, but when they'd first started that trend, I was annoyed. I don't pay for premium cable to watch commercials, and I don't pay $10 for a movie ticket to watch paid advertising. It's like paying money for a shirt with a corporate logo on it... I am paying for the privilege of being a walking advertisement for them? No, that's not right. Give me the shirt for free, and maybe I'll wear it for you.
Yeah... uh... (/rant).

Ug. I despise having to sit through previews. Whether it's on DVD or at the theater. I usually always finish my popcorn before they finally get to the movie! haha
You on vacation????
You have an award waiting for you on my blog!
Take care :)
