Tuesday

I might have said this before but I almost feel sorry for the day Tuesday. I mean how is it special in any way? I think it gets quite a bad deal. It is not the dreaded Monday( a negative reputation is still a reputation) It is not the whew hump back Wednesday, it is not the day before the weekend starts Thursday, nor is it the glorious Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When there is a Monday holiday...it becomes the dreaded "monday" when everyone must return to work. The only way it gets some kind of recognition is if it the first or last day of the month, or Happy Tequila Tuesday at the local Mexicali! Though in all reality...poor Tuesday is quite overlooked and unappreciated.

So this Imp has some more sad news....I have been taken over by....the Christmas Imp! Even at this moment I am listening to Bing Crosby sing Mele Kalikimaka...the hawaiian way of saying Merry Christmas...at least according to the song ha ha. I started decorating the Christmas tree last night....it is not finished because my OCD makes me arrange and rearrange. Plus I had forgotten to buy hooks for the Christmas balls....is my first Christmas in my own place by myself so had to buy all new stuff....was so overwhelmed with what decorations to buy that forgot the hooks...yes this Imp is a ditz! So you know what that means? This Imp had to go.......yes...I know...I know...oh it is exactly what you are thinking....WalMart....AHHHHHH in the daylight hours? Yes yes I know...but it had to be done because I wish to finish the tree tonight...it actually was not so bad...OHHH Ohh my favorite Christmas song just came on!! Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas Song....Me I want a hoolah hooooooooop! Christmas don't be late....oh I luv it! I have it at home so tonight I shall make it available for all to hear right here on my blog! My second favorite is I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas...luv it too!

Ok well I have to zip it for now, will post the word of the day on WritingsoftheImp in abit as well as the next part of the started story.
