Making a bit of heaven....

An easy way to make a yummy dessert in mere minutes:

First take some nice, fresh strawberries and wash them.

Then take Baker's dipping chocolate, I prefer Milk Chocolate, but they have dark and white. It is easy as a couple 30 second runs in the microwave, a fork to mix so it doesn't scorch and it is melted.

Then take the washed strawberries, gather their crown of leaves and dip into melted chocolate covering all but a small area around the leaves.

Then place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. After all strawberries are dipped place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator for about 15 - 20 minutes to allow chocolate to chill and harden.

Don't let any of the chocolate go to waste so if need be save one strawberry to cut into small pieces and eat with the mixing fork with the leftover chocolate...mmmm.

Now you have a bit of heaven to eat!

Until next time...
